I won our little fantasy footbal friends league this month! And I didn’t even make a transfer!
This also means that my tactic of set it up once leave it until next season is a valid and indeed fruitful one

[Zooomr] is having some issues with my latest set of photos taken around hursley :(
This week I’ve been pondering two things - so get your thinking caps on and here we go:
- There’s a really old tree at Hursley - but it’s dead. Can you be the oldest if you’re dead?
- This is more of an English weirdness one:
- We say: “I’m on the train” or “I’m on the bus”
- But we also say: “I’m in the car” or “I’m in a taxi”
- And just to confuse things and to dis-ambiguate ownership “I’m on my boat”
So there we have it. Answers/Ideas in the comments please :)
Well we spent Saturday (11th November) trekking around [Afan Forest] once again this time doing White’s Level (pic) 
which we were going to mix up with a bit of Skyline but we were all too knackered and cold.
Thanks to Doug for organising the trip - which I did enjoy despite bitching about being cold/tired/unfit/hungry.
Thanks too to Esther and Nic who put me up for the weekend and fed me fabulous food (including curry from the ‘raj)
