		<description>they had some hardware problems but it looks like zoho stepped and offered some help. it is great to see another company be so generous and genuinely try to help out the little guy.</description>

		<description>Yeah sorry I should have mentioned that the current issue is that the Thumper wants 220v (which in the UK isn&#039;t an issue anywhere) but there&#039;s only 110v left in the rack.  

So Kris, Tim (jeff) and Co have pulled out half the drives leaving only 12TB for Thomas Hawks Neon photo set!
