Looks like the intervals are starting to pay off….

In any form of training it would appear that the things that you enjoy the least, or find the hardest, are really the ones you should be doing…

Like intervals, they’re not enjoyable, but as my strava route improvements show, they do seem to be effective.

Notes: Interval session works like this: 5 minute warmup, 6 x { 1 minute sprint, 2 minute rest }, 5 minute cooldown and I’m using the android app Impetus
