Anti-Ninja: one who dresses in brightly coloured or flamboyant clothes in order to attract the attention of a victim, thus allowing a true ninja to deal with them

Methods of dealing with them for the Ninja that thinks long term:

• Shining a UV laser on them every day in a different place, slowly giving the victim skin cancer — note this may result in RSI
• Unplug all the USB devices from their computer randomly on a daily basis, increasing their blood pressure exponentially
• Constantly replace all the batteries in all their remote controls with dud ones on a weekly basis
