St Patricks day/weekend was spent visiting boB and h:: in Nottingham where we took in the delights of [Squeek] (where I almost became part of their franchise), [Alley Cafe] and the [General Store] - and we even found time for a walk after an inordinately long car journey…

We spent a weekend on the Isle of Wight and it was awesome!

So what exciting things are there to do in north wales in the winter time? Well let me tell you:
* Walking - It’s free and Snowdon is nearby! The Llanberis path is nice and easy to follow and takes about 2 1/2 hours to get to the top of Snowdon.
* [Welsh Mountain Zoo] - it has really cool sea lions and brown bears and golden eagles!! Also it has polecats.
* [Caernarfon Castle] - it’s a whole damn Castle with spiral staircases and towers and stuff! Bloody knackering.
So basically not a lot - but that’s not why we went :)
